Tether seeks an Automation QA Engineer to own both automated and manual testing for desktop and mobile apps. You will build and maintain regression suites, integrate tests into CI/CD, and work with developers to ensure high quality across features.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA automation, hands-on exploratory testing, and experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, and Appium. Remote work options are available globally.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Proficient with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and React Native apps on real devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA and evaluating their output.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain regression automation scripts for critical flows.
• Perform manual testing to validate features against criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, and performance tests.
• Document feature behavior with clear pass/fail criteria.
• Identify risks to quality and collaborate with product on testability.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD and maintain test data/environments.
• Collaborate with developers to improve testability and acceptance criteria.
