Tether seeks an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile testing, with strong automation skills and manual testing ownership. You will ensure quality across desktop and mobile apps and participate in test design, data management, and release readiness.

You will build reliable automated tests, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and drive defect investigations. Experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, Electron/React Native apps, and AI QA tools is highly valued.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA automation, plus hands-on manual and exploratory testing experience.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop or web, and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps, including on real iOS and Android devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA and critically reviewing their output. Testing AI-powered applications is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
