EPAM Systems is seeking a Python Tech Lead in Argentina to guide technical direction and mentor a software development team. You will architect scalable solutions, ensure quality, and drive delivery across projects, while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, debugging, testing, and ownership of subsystems. Strong Python skills, cloud experience, and English proficiency are required for success in this environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with Python
• Strong Python framework expertise (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• CI/CD pipelines and containerization with Docker
• Solid unit testing and test-driven development
• Databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
• B2 English level

Responsabilidades

• Lead development teams with technical direction and balanced workloads
• Lead advanced debugging to resolve production and development issues
• Ensure delivery of high-quality software with minimal technical debt
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of learning and improvement
• Introduce process improvements to boost team efficiency and project outcomes
• Participate in staff hiring, onboarding, and career development
• Provide tactical vision and take responsibility for subsystems or projects
• Take ownership of deliverables and thoroughly test work using defined test cases
