EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Python Full Stack Engineer to drive design and delivery of scalable web applications. You will lead engineering teams across the stack, shaping backend services and frontend components with modern frameworks.

The role requires strong Python expertise, React/Angular skills, and experience guiding technical direction, reviews, and architecture discussions. English proficiency and leadership experience are essential for success.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Python development
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Strong frontend knowledge with React or Angular
• Experience designing scalable systems and APIs
• Proficiency in RESTful architectures and design patterns
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with testing, debugging, and CI/CD
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks
• Architect backend services, APIs, and integrations with emphasis on scalability
• Define standards for responsive frontend components and oversee their implementation
• Own decisions around databases, cloud services, and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, and stakeholders to shape technical direction
• Drive technical design sessions, lead code reviews, and architecture discussions
• Mentor engineers and foster technical growth and excellence
• Ensure long-term code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Take ownership of delivery, identify risks, and propose solutions
