EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Data Software Engineer to drive the design and development of scalable data solutions. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and deliver robust data engineering systems leveraging cloud and big data technologies.

The role requires 5+ years of data software engineering experience, strong Python/SQL skills, and expertise in AWS and Databricks, with English at B2 level or higher. You will contribute to a dynamic, multinational team in Argentina.
