EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Python Developer to join its AI team in Argentina. You will design, build, and optimize Python applications powering AI initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional groups to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will integrate AI capabilities across systems, participate in architectural decisions, and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years software development experience
• Strong Python production-grade development skills
• Hands-on AI platform experience for intelligent solutions
• AWS experience for cloud deployments
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI tools
• Excellent English communication (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications for AI initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Integrate AI capabilities into systems to enhance product functionality
• Develop and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
• Conduct code reviews to maintain quality and share knowledge
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and standards
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and innovations
• Take part in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and stand-ups
