EPAM Systems in Argentina is seeking a Lead Data Software Engineer (Python+Azure) to drive design and development of scalable data solutions in a cloud environment. You will blend technical leadership with hands-on development to build robust data platforms.

You will lead data pipelines with Python and SQL, Architect workflows with Databricks and Azure, mentor engineers, ensure code quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years of data software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Expert in Microsoft Azure and Databricks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of data solutions on cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Architect data processing workflows leveraging Databricks and Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineering team members.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices and standards enforcement.
• Optimize performance of data workflows and storage solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the data platform.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes and tools.
