Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI development, strong data modeling (DAX), SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources, along with upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
Ability to translate business processes into technical/data requirements.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing clear insights.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify data requirements and source structures.
Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake, SAP sources).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
Provide guidance on data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed/remote teams.
