AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions that transform data into business insights.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on Power BI development, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources. You will partner with stakeholders, design scalable data models, and drive data quality across the data stack in an Agile, distributed-team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Power BI dashboard/report development experience.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX and visualization best practices.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA or SAP-based source systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions and analytics needs.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics and visuals.
• Coordinate with IT and source-system owners on data availability.
• Onboard and integrate data into enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs across domains.
• Guide stakeholders on effective visualization and analytics usage.
• Document data definitions, logic, KPIs and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
