Job summary
AgileEngine seeks a Data & Analytics Developer to design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning enterprise data into actionable insights. 4+ years of Power BI development, SQL, and data modeling are required; Snowflake or SAP sources preferred. This is a remote-friendly role with agile teams across distributed locations.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide data visualization best practices, and ensure data quality across the data platform.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong Power BI data modeling and DAX skills.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
- Experience with SAP HANA or SAP-based source systems.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
- Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
- Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to enable data availability.
- Onboard and integrate data into enterprise data platforms including Snowflake and SAP sources.
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
- Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
- Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision making.
