AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that transform enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, strong data modeling, SQL skills, and familiarity with Snowflake and SAP source systems, plus upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and coordinate data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to platform to semantic/model layer to Power BI.
• Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions across reports.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization and analytics to support decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
