AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. 4+ years of experience with Power BI, data modeling, DAX, SQL, Snowflake, and SAP-based sources are required, along with upper-intermediate English.

You will partner with stakeholders, design robust data models, and integrate data across Snowflake and SAP HANA, in an Agile, distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting.
• Coordinate data needs with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, reliability, and consistency.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPIs.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
