Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI dashboard/report development, strong data modeling with DAX, SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms, plus SAP-based sources and upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners across platforms.
Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
Collaborate to improve data quality, reliability, and consistency across teams.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
Provide guidance on effective data visualization and decision support.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed and remote teams.
