Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that transform enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of BI experience, strong SQL skills, and expertise with Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.

You will partner with stakeholders to design data models, translate requirements into visualizations, and ensure data quality across the data platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA or SAP-based source systems.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify data requirements and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to semantic/model layer to Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability; promote reusable data models and KPI definitions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed and remote teams.
