AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI development, data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources.

You will partner with stakeholders, design data models and visuals, onboard data from SAP/HANA sources, and collaborate in an Agile environment with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of power BI dashboard and report development.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data experience.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA or SAP-based source systems.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytic needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Onboard data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
• Collaborate to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics usage.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed and remote teams.
