AgileEngine, a data-driven software leader, is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports. You will translate business needs into scalable data models and visuals, working with Snowflake, SAP sources, and cross-functional teams to enable actionable insights.

You’ll join an environment that values collaboration, Agile delivery, and distributed teams, delivering enterprise analytics across Fortune 500 and startup environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical and data requirements.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Onboard and integrate data into Snowflake and SAP sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and scalable analytics solutions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPIs.
