The Front Lines is looking for an experienced Video Editor and Podcast Producer to lead post-production of top-performing podcast content across audio, YouTube, and social media. You will own the production process from raw recordings through final publishing, delivering polished audio and video episodes, trailers, and short-form content.
You will collaborate with our marketing team and in-house designer to create platform-native content, optimize for multi-channel distribution, and maintain
Formación
- At least four years of hands-on video production and editing experience.
- Strong experience producing long-form podcast audio and video.
- Experience repurposing long-form content into short-form social videos.
- Advanced proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Responsabilidades
- Edit, mix, and master full-length podcast audio episodes.
- Produce polished, full-length video podcast episodes.
- Create a compelling hype trailer for each episode.
- Turn conversations into four to six engaging short-form videos.
