This fully remote position involves managing the entire production process from ideation to publishing and will heavily focus on transforming long-form podcasts into engaging short-form content.

Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of experience in video production and editing, a strong understanding of storytelling, and proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. The role offers a competitive salary and professional development opportunities.

Formación

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in video production, preferably in fast-paced content, media, or marketing environments.
• Strong experience producing and editing long-form podcast content and repurposing it into engaging short-form social content.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and move quickly in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Produce and edit long-form video podcast episodes and transform them into engaging short-form clips for social media.
• Lead end-to-end video production including planning, editing, post-production, and publishing.
• Collaborate with graphic designer and marketing team to create compelling visual content.
