High Scale seeks an Associate Editor to join our post‑production team. You will own end‑to‑end edits for broadcast‑quality video ads, shaping pacing, music and sound design to maximize emotion and action.

You’ll collaborate with Art Directors and Producers, push creative boundaries, and ensure deadline‑driven delivery across TV and social formats while maintaining brand consistency and polish.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in video editing (agency or production house).
• Strong English proficiency is required.
• You craft the story with pacing and polish to drive emotion and action.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end editing from briefs and footage to polished video ads.
• Elevate visual polish with color grading and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Producers to incorporate feedback.
• Manage project timelines and deliver final assets in multiple formats.
