High Scale is seeking an Associate Producer to join our fast-paced production engine. You will support daily video campaigns, track multiple projects in real-time, and keep assets organized for smooth handoffs.

You’ll work closely with Senior Producers, editors, designers, and account teams to translate feedback into actionable notes and ensure briefs are complete before production begins. A strong organizer with clear communication will thrive here.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in production, project management, or account coordination.
• Basic understanding of the video production lifecycle (Pre-Pro, Production, Post).
• Love checklists, spreadsheets, and color-coded calendars.
• Excellent communicator with clear, concise writing in English.
• You are a proactive problem solver who fixes gaps in processes.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Senior Producers in managing daily workflow of video campaigns from kickoff to delivery.
• Track dozens of projects in real-time on PM boards and flag blockers early.
• Gatekeeper for assets; ensure footage, music, scripts and brand guidelines are organized.
• Translate feedback into clear notes for editors and ensure briefs are fully populated.
• Coordinate between creative and account teams and handle vendor tasks as needed.
