High Scale is seeking an Associate Editor to craft broadcast-quality ads from raw footage and briefs. You will own end-to-end edits, applying pacing, color, and sound design to elevate emotion and action.

Work closely with Art Directors and Producers in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment to deliver high-impact campaigns for top brands. You will demonstrate 2–4 years of video editing experience, expert Premiere Pro skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in video editing (agency or production house).
• You have moved past learning the tools and are focused on crafting the story.
• You understand pacing and know when to cut for energy.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end editing from briefs and raw footage to polished video ads.
• Make creative decisions on pacing, music, and sound design to boost emotion.
• Ensure the hook in the first 3 seconds is arresting for retention.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Producers to incorporate feedback.
• Export final assets in multiple formats and aspect ratios per specs.
