Hire Hangar is seeking a Video Content Producer to manage the coordination, production, and publishing of video and podcast content. You’ll drive execution from recording to release with a focus on process and deadlines.

The role fits someone with a creative eye and digital fluency, able to handle guest management, cross-functional collaboration, and content optimization across YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.

Formación

• 2–3 years in podcast production, content ops, or digital media.
• Experience managing remote workflows and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with publishing tools and production platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality.
• Available during U.S. Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Own podcast production logistics: guest management, scheduling, pre/post coordination.
• Collaborate with editors to ensure video/audio content is polished and on brand.
• Publish and optimize content on platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
• Write show notes, social posts, and blog content to support SEO and discoverability.
• Track content performance and coordinate with marketing on improvement loops.
• Support internal SaaS content development (onboarding videos, tutorials, etc.).
