New Paradigm Venture is seeking a Senior Video Editor to shape high‑impact video content for university campaigns and digital platforms. This fully remote role supports North American universities, collaborating with designers and strategists to craft ads, brand stories, and campaigns that drive engagement.

You will edit, color grade, and animate across YouTube, social, and paid media, ensuring optimal formats and storytelling. English fluency and strong project discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience in agency, media production, or marketing.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects, FCP or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual impact with multi‑platform deliverables.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and color grading for social, web, and TV.

Responsabilités

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and campaigns with strong storytelling.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to boost engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms with correct aspect ratios, pacing, captions, and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with goals.
• Manage video files and assets with organized workflows and version control.
• Review edits and refine content based on feedback before final delivery.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets accounting for client review steps.
