New Paradigm Venture is seeking a Senior Video Editor for a fully remote role serving North American universities. You will edit and optimize video content for advertising, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure high-quality outputs.

As part of our expansion into Latin America, you will shape video content strategies and ensure seamless execution across projects, with an emphasis on YouTube, social platforms, and paid media

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, agency/marketing setting preferred.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing ads, marketing, or corporate content.
• Strong storytelling with pacing and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with motion graphics like text animations and transitions.
• Technical knowledge of color grading, sound design, and platform-specific formats.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluent English and ability to collaborate with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and TV.
