New Paradigm Venture is seeking a Senior Video Editor to join our remote team serving North American universities. You will edit and optimize video content for ads, branding, and digital campaigns, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure high-quality, on-brand output.

Requirements include 3+ years in agency or marketing environments, advanced skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects, and fluency in English to coordinate with U.S.-based teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience in agency, media production, or marketing.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Fluent English communication skills; able to work with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, TV).

Responsabilités

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to improve engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms with correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, thumbnails.
• Collaborate with creative teams to align visuals with marketing goals.
• Manage video files and organize assets with structured workflows.
• Review edits and refine content based on feedback.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets.
