New Paradigm Venture is seeking a Senior Video Editor to lead the editing and optimization of video content for advertisements, branding, and digital campaigns. This remote role supports North American universities, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to tailor content for YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns.

You will drive storytelling, ensure platform-appropriate formatting, and manage assets with a structured workflow while staying current with industry

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience in agency or marketing.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro; After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Resolve.
• Experience editing ads, marketing, or corporate videos.
• Strong storytelling with pacing and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and color grading.
• Fluent English and ability to work with US teams.
• Experience optimizing content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.
