New Paradigm Venture is seeking a Senior Video Editor for a fully remote position serving North American universities. You will edit and optimize video content for ads, storytelling, and digital campaigns, collaborating with design, copy, and strategy teams to ensure on-brand outcomes.

You will apply advanced editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to create platform-tailored content for YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns, while staying current with industry trends

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in professional video editing, ideally in an agency or marketing setting.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Proven ability to edit ads, marketing, or corporate content with strong storytelling.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and color grading for social media, web, and broadcast.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
• Enhance video quality with color correction, sound design, and transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to improve engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, thumbnails).
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with goals.
• Manage video files and assets, ensuring version control and organized workflows.
• Review edits based on internal and client feedback before final delivery.
• Stay updated on editing techniques and platform trends to improve effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets with review steps.
