Power Digital Marketing is seeking an Analytics Engineer & BI specialist to design, govern, and scale its Looker semantic layer. You will own LookML models powering data products, ensure accuracy across internal and client surfaces, and collaborate with engineers and executives to deliver scalable analytics.

You will translate stakeholder needs into durable data models, mentor teammates, and apply best practices in LookML, SQL, and data visualization to support GA4+ and other marketing analytics

Formación

• 4+ years owning the full lifecycle of production-grade LookML models and data products.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with a modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake and BigQuery preferred).
• Experience deploying and governing LookML across multiple Looker instances.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve Power Digital's enterprise LookML semantic layer as the governed foundation for analytics across the organization.
• Write scalable and performant LookML with rich metadata to support conversational analytics use cases.
• Translate ambiguous stakeholder and client asks into clear technical implementations and design Looker assets for self-service analytics.
• Build data products in Looker for internal and client use, applying strong data visualization and UI/UX principles.
• Design LookML for scale and performance and deploy LookML across multiple Looker instances.
• Mentor junior developers and analysts and enforce the LookML style guide.
