Power Digital in Argentina is seeking a senior Analytics Engineer to own and evolve the LookML semantic layer, shaping data products and analytics surfaces across the organization and client base.

The role requires 4+ years of LookML ownership, advanced SQL, and experience with Looker across multiple instances. You will mentor juniors, collaborate with engineers and executives, and apply AI to improve efficiency.

Formación

• 4+ years owning production-grade LookML models and data products.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with a modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Agency experience in performance marketing analytics.
• Experience deploying and governing LookML across multiple Looker instances.
• Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve LookML semantic layer as the governed foundation for analytics across the org and clients.
• Write scalable LookML with metadata to support conversational analytics.
• Translate stakeholder asks into technical implementations and design Looker assets.
• Build data products in Looker for internal and client use with strong UI/UX sensibilities.
• Design LookML for scale, deploy across Looker instances, and tune performance.
• Maintain LookML style guide, train users, and mentor junior staff.
• Leverage AI technologies to maximize team efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
