Proofpoint, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a Product Support Engineer in Córdoba, Argentina. You will provide advanced software technical support to customers via phone and the ticketing system, collaborate with Account Managers and SEs, and contribute to knowledge base. The role requires strong Linux skills and experience with secure email/network products.

Competenze

4+ years experience in a Technical Support role.
Excellent written and verbal customer-facing communication skills.
Competence with Linux command line environments.
Advanced use of grep, regex, log scraping in command line.
Experience with email system debugging.
Experience using remote hosting tools for customer troubleshooting.
Experience with security products such as Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Symantec, McAfee, Fortinet or similar is a plus.
Ability to debug broad, multi-configuration systems with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

Provide advanced software technical support to customers, resellers, and partners via phone and the ticketing system.
Manage cases in the ticketing system to ensure adherence to SLOs.
Create and send alerts and other customer communications as needed.
Publish Knowledge Base articles for internal and customer use.
Review and mentor on technical documentation and training materials.
