GlobalLogic is seeking a capable IT Support professional in Argentina to provide Tier 2 desktop support for Windows 10/11 and current macOS versions. You will troubleshoot laptops, docking stations, printers, and mobile devices, while using Intune and Jamf for endpoint management.

Strong English and Spanish communication is essential. You will help with device enrollment, diagnostics, asset inventory, and secure disposal, plus participate in after-hours rotations and occasional travel for office

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for end-user support.
• Experience providing Tier 2 desktop support for Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Troubleshooting of laptops, docks, displays, printers, and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools and provisioning platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, MFA, and SSO.
• Basic Active Directory/Entra ID/Azure AD administration and device enrollment.
• Understanding of endpoint security, BitLocker/FileVault, patching and compliance.
• Networking basics and physical infrastructure familiarity. Strong communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and resolve inbound end-user support tickets promptly.
• Provide comprehensive support for Windows 11 and current macOS versions.
• Troubleshoot laptops, docking stations, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and conference-room gear.
• Utilize Intune, Jamf, or similar tools for endpoint management and provisioning.
• Support device enrollment, configuration, and deployment.
• Conduct hardware diagnostics, warranty coordination, inventory, and disposal.
• Provide IT support related to Microsoft core apps and OS issues.
• Support data closets/IDFs/MDFs; inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Perform rack-and-stack, patch-cable management, labeling, port tracing, and cabling testing.
• Assist with network troubleshooting (Ethernet, structured cabling) and escalations.
• Monitor data-closet conditions and physical risks; document procedures.
• Coordinate with facilities, vendors, and contractors for installations and maintenance.
• Participate in after-hours support rotation; occasional travel for office IT tasks.
