Visa Corporate IT (CIT) is transforming its onsite support to deliver world-class end-user assistance for staff across Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools. This Individual Contributor role balances hands-on troubleshooting with proactive improvements, including automation.

The successful candidate will provide 2nd-level workstation and endpoint support, drive root-cause resolutions, and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows OS, Mac OS and Microsoft 365.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and communicate with end users.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd-level support for workstation, endpoint, and mobile incidents/requests; own issues through resolution.
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Mac OS (current and prior releases) and peripherals.
• Diagnose issues, identify root cause, and drive durable fixes.
• Develop scripts/runbooks for automation and self-service improvements.
