Inter-American Development Bank in Buenos Aires is seeking an IT Support Associate to provide end-user IT support for IDB Group personnel, ensuring effective use of tools, hardware, software, connectivity, and training resources. You will provision and manage standard workstations and maintain web conferencing equipment.

The role requires at least 2 years in IT, with knowledge of Windows 10, O365, AD, VMWare/VDI, and strong English plus Spanish/Portuguese.

Formación

• Education: Academic Degree/ Level or equivalent; Years of Professional Work Experience on BSc. Computer Science.
• Working knowledge in MS Windows 10, MS O365, communication platforms, mobile devices, MS Active Directory, VMWare/VDI and workstation maintenance.
• Desirable: ITIL processes for incident, service requests and knowledge management; ISO 9001:2015 knowledge; certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-user IT support to IDB Group personnel at the Representation, ensuring effective use of IT tools (hardware, software, connectivity, and training resources).
• Provision and manage standard workstations in accordance with corporate guidelines, supporting assets throughout their full lifecycle.
• Ensure standard web conferencing equipment is properly maintained and operates at optimal performance levels.
• Assist in the maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networking, telecommunications, security systems, facilities-related solutions, and coordination with local service providers.
• Collaborate in the implementation of new IT initiatives, acting as a liaison to other IT teams and involved areas.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational documentation, ensuring proper registration in ticketing systems, reports, dashboards, and other required platforms.
