Closerhire is seeking a CFA Agentic AI Product Manager for People Solutions within the People & Organization Growth group. The role acts as the Product Owner for Business and Agentic AI initiatives in CPIT, bridging HR process experts with engineers in the AI incubation team.

You will drive alignment of AI roadmaps across People Solutions and support Skills coordination. Based in Buenos Aires with a hybrid work pattern, this full-time position requires coordinating with internal teams to

You would join the People & Organization Growth team - the team tasked with internal implementation of Performance & Goals, Career and Talent Development, Learning, and Skills topics and Workforce Transformation topics. You would coordinate across internal teams to ensure alignment of AI roadmap and other initiatives driven by People & Organization Growth within People Solutions. This role focuses on supporting our Skills Product Owner in coordinating AI topics for Skills.
