SAP is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead AI initiatives for People & Organization Growth in Buenos Aires. You will bridge HR business processes with CPIT AI incubation, coordinating across engineering, analytics and SuccessFactors teams to deliver scalable agentic AI solutions.

You will drive discovery, define acceptance criteria, and translate needs into actionable user stories. This role emphasizes governance, privacy and change management for AI-enabled HR workflows.

Competenze

• 5+ years of business consulting experience.
• 3+ years in product management or product ownership; AI/ML exposure.
• Certifications with SuccessFactors modules or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree in Business, CS, Data Science, HCI, or related field.

Mansioni

• Run discovery with HR stakeholders to define problems, users, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Translate business needs into user stories, specs and acceptance tests for engineering and AI teams.
• Prioritize work balancing business value, risk, compliance and technical dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with HR, CPIT AI Incubation and SuccessFactors teams.
• Define and track KPIs and iterate based on telemetry and feedback.
• Establish governance, privacy and ethical guardrails for AI systems.
