SAP Buenos Aires is seeking an experienced Product Owner for AI initiatives within People & Organization Growth. You will bridge HR business processes with CPIT AI incubation, coordinating across teams to align AI roadmaps and deliver value while upholding privacy and ethics.

You will drive pilots, enable user adoption, and present status to management, contributing to Transformation in HR using agentic AI at scale.

Formación

• 5+ years of business consulting experience.
• 3+ years in product management or product ownership with AI/automation exposure.
• Certifications in SuccessFactors modules (Performance & Goals, Learning, Career Talent Development, Succession, or Talent Intelligence Hub).
• Experience implementing AI-assisted solutions and fostering user adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Drive process transformation using agentic AI for People & Org Growth.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, user research, rapid prototyping and usability testing.
• Collaborate with CPIT AI Incubation team to compare architectures and options.
• Plan pilots, beta releases and ensure monitoring and incident response.
• Ensure governance, safety and ethical guardrails for AI systems.
• Coordinate documentation and stakeholder communications and drive change management.
• Lead adoption initiatives and measure business value realization.
