AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will leverage SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tooling to deliver impactful analytics in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include validating data sources, maintaining data models, and translating complex data into compelling narratives for cross-functional audiences, with a focus on business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Interact directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
• Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to varied audiences.
• Autonomously navigate ambiguity and translate data into actionable insights for leaders and teams.
• Take ownership and drive project success with urgency and quality.
