AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You'll use SQL (5+ years), Tableau (3+ years), Python, and AI tools (Claude Code or Cursor) to deliver actionable analytics with strict data quality, collaborating with remote teams and stakeholders to drive impact across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.

Responsabilités

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams.
