AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports that turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop data visualizations, validate data sources, and collaborate with customers to translate requirements into actionable analytics.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years SQL, 3+ years Tableau, Python experience, and familiarity with data warehousing concepts. Flexible schedules with remote/office options are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining/migrating models.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
