AgileEngine seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will deploy dashboards, verify data quality, and contribute to data-driven decisions in a flexible remote/office setting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SQL, 3+ years Tableau, Python hands-on experience, and familiarity with AI coding tools, Excel/Sheets, and data warehousing concepts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience and ability to optimize queries across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining existing models or migrating to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools, Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and iterate on dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
• Examine large datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Verify data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
