Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own the entire funnel across DTC accounts, from feed and Merchant Center to landing pages and conversion tracking.

You will talk directly with clients, defend optimization decisions, and own outcomes with autonomy. Requirements include deep Google Ads experience, mastery of PMax, GA4/GTM, and Shopify, plus a native-level English ability for frequent client calls in US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real spend in DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships without intermediaries.
• Strong understanding of attribution: NC-CPA/NC-ROAS.
• Fluent English for client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings via Loom.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate efforts.
• Track and improve PMax performance while separating branded vs. non-branded.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing pages to drive results.
• Provide clear, defendable rationale for optimization decisions.
