Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for remote work worldwide. You own the entire funnel for DTC accounts, act as the client’s direct contact, and present results with rationale.

You audit accounts, optimize PMax and brand vs non-brand, and drive incremental growth with GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations. You will lead campaigns from strategy to activation, defend your calls, and collaborate across feeds, landing pages, and tracking.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client's direct point of contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them, including structure, terms, bidding, and conversion tracking.
• Speak with clients directly, present results and plans, and defend calls when things break.
• Know how to separate brand and non-brand campaigns and measure incremental impact.
• Understand PMax performance and how to interpret its true contribution to CAC.
• Keep Google’s automation in check and own the feed, including Merchant Center hygiene.
• Own the tracking setup (GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports) and reconcile numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client's direct point of contact.
• Audit before you touch anything: structure, keywords vs terms, negatives, bidding, health, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Understand what PMax is actually doing and avoid optimizing against branded volume.
• Keep Google’s automation on a leash and audit auto-applied assets and sitelinks.
• Own the feed and the tracking; be the client’s primary point of contact for results.
