The role involves reviewing documents, guiding business stakeholders, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient agreements. The candidate should have a JD/LLM/LLB and in-house transactional experience, with a strong focus on negotiating contracts, risk assessment, and data privacy

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in contract drafting and negotiation, risk identification, issue escalation and contracting best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Leads end to end contracting related to clinical, commercial, corporate (Direct and Indirect) contracts for products and services.
• Reviews contractual documents based on departmental guidance and established playbooks.
• Partners with business stakeholders to structure, negotiate and advise on contractual matters.
• Interfaces with Risk Management, Operations, Procurement, Data Privacy, and Sourcing to support contracting matters.
• Trains internal employees on various legal matters and increases awareness on legal, new hire orientations and consultations.
• Conducts legal research and analysis related to the company's business.
