Syneos Health Argentina S.A. seeks an Associate Counsel to manage end-to-end contracting for clinical, commercial, corporate and vendor agreements, including privacy-related matters.

You will draft, review and negotiate complex contracts, partner with Risk, Procurement and Data Privacy, and advise on regulatory and business issues. The role requires a law degree with admission to practice, in-house transactional experience, and the ability to collaborate across global teams under tight

Formación

• JD/LLM/LLB or equivalent law degree from an accredited university.
• Licensed/qualified lawyer admitted to practice law.
• In-house transactional experience with procurement/vendor organizations.
• Experience interacting with global/multinational teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end contracting for clinical, commercial, corporate and vendor agreements.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts and privacy-related matters.
• Coordinate with Risk, Procurement, Data Privacy and other stakeholders.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice under tight deadlines.
