Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an R&D Associate Consultant to join the R&D Advisory Group within its Consulting division. You will help make life science R&D organizations more efficient across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance.

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll work with senior stakeholders, define value opportunities, develop proposals, and lead engagements while building a network of prospective customers through seminars, conferences and social channels.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business.
• Consulting management experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting, or equivalent industry.
• Experience working in one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting.
• Strong presentation and business development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer’s business goals, processes, operations, and expectations.
• Clearly define opportunities to deliver value to the customer by executing management consulting projects.
• Develop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs and objectives, approach and solution, plus the commercial construct to deliver projects.
• Develop engagement strategies and present findings and recommendations to team members.
• Plan and lead the execution of project engagements.
• Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables.
• Develop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customers.
• Actively build a network of potential customers by utilizing social media, attending seminars and conferences, and through referrals
