Syneos Health in Buenos Aires seeks a Site Contracts Specialist to manage contract processes in a hybrid setup. You will coordinate protocol, consent, site, and budget documents, and support global start-up activities.

The role requires extensive contracts management experience, strong negotiation skills, and ability to work with legal, finance, and clinical ops teams. Hybrid work model offered in a global biopharma context.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• High level of contracts management experience.
• Experience in a contract research organization or pharmaceutical industry essential.
• Strong knowledge of the clinical development process and legal and contracting parameters.

Responsabilidades

• Administers all contract management processes at a project level, coordinating documents.
• May lead multi-country projects including negotiating contracts and budgets.
• Work with contract managers on ongoing contract issues and timelines.
• Support in generating amended contract and/or budget documents and streamline processes.
• Maintains contract templates and site-specific files and databases; trains staff on SOPs/WIs.
