Syneos Health is seeking a skilled in-house lawyer to manage end-to-end contracting for clinical, commercial, and corporate agreements. You will review, negotiate, and draft documents with cross‑functional teams across Risk, Operations, Procurement and Data Privacy.

The role requires a JD/LLM/LLB and licensed status, with experience in multinational environments and strong negotiation and advisory capabilities. This position is based in Argentina and supports global contracts.

Formación

• JD/LLM/LLB or an equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• Licensed / qualified lawyer admitted to practice law.
• In-house transactional experience with supporting procurement/vendor organization or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Leads end to end contracting related to clinical, commercial, corporate contracts including vendor master agreements and other agreements.
• Reviews documents based on guidance and playbooks, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Negotiates and advises on contractual matters with business units.
• Interfaces with Risk Management, Operations, Procurement, Data Privacy and Sourcing as required.
• Trains internal employees on legal matters and increases awareness on new hires.
• Conducts legal research and analysis related to the company’s business.
