AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a squad and build backend services with Java Spring Boot, supported by an Angular frontend. You will lead technical delivery and ensure high engineering standards.

You will mentor developers, design domain-driven architectures, and build RESTful APIs while integrating Kafka and relational databases like PostgreSQL or Oracle. This hybrid role offers USD-based compensation for international teams.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular with 6+ years.
• Hands-on Kafka experience.
• Strong knowledge of OOAD, design patterns, and architecture.
• Deep understanding of Domain-Driven Design and bounded contexts.
• RESTful services experience and API design.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and JPA/Hibernate.
• Backend-focused mindset with solid engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the squad and drive delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Architect and implement robust backend services with Java/Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain the supporting Angular frontend.
• Modernize architecture toward domain-driven design and bounded contexts.
