AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a squad and build backend services with Java/Spring Boot, supported by an Angular frontend. You will lead technical execution, mentor engineers, and drive architecture toward domain-driven design.

The role emphasizes strong backend focus, RESTful API design, and cloud/DevOps alignment. Flexible remote/office options and a dynamic Fortune 500 project portfolio are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
• Experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead with mentoring.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and RESTful services.
• Strong OOAD, design patterns, and architecture awareness.
• Deep understanding of Domain-Driven Design with bounded contexts.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle; knowledge of JPA/Hibernate.

Responsibilities

• Lead a squad to deliver robust backend services in Java/Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain the Angular frontend integration.
• Drive architectural modernization toward a domain-driven design.
