AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a squad and build backend services with Java/Spring Boot, supported by an Angular frontend. You will lead technical execution and mentor the team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include modernizing architecture with domain-driven design, designing RESTful APIs, and ensuring robust backend systems while collaborating with frontend engineers and product stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead.
• 6+ years of Java (Spring Boot) and Angular experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Strong grasp of OOA/OOD, design patterns and architectural awareness.
• Deep understanding of domain-driven design with bounded contexts.
• Deep experience building and consuming RESTful services.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Execution: guide squad, maintain high engineering standards.
• Core Development: design and implement backend services in Java/Spring Boot.
• Frontend Integration: develop and maintain Angular frontend.
• Modernizing Architecture: shift to domain-driven structures with bounded contexts.
• API Excellence: architect RESTful APIs with clean patterns.
• Team Mentorship & Agile Practices: mentor juniors and promote Agile practices.
• Strategic pushback: defend best practices and architecture when needed.
